Macaulay Culkin “Kevin” shocked ‘Home Alone’ fans

Home Alone fans have been stunned by Macaulay Culkin’s voice after hearing it for the first time since he was a child, saying: ‘I was not expecting it to sound like that.’

The iconic child actor, 43, was honored on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame on Friday in front of family and famous friends in Los Angeles, where he made an acceptance speech.

Those in the crowd included his on-screen mother from Home Alone, Catherine O’Hara, Disney actress wife Brenda Song, and their two sons Dakota, two, and Carson, who was born sometime before Christmas 2022.

In an emotional speech, the Kevin McCallister actor praised his wife Brenda and said: ‘You are absolutely everything. You’re my champion.’

The Suite Life Of Zack and Cody actress, 35, could be seen tearing up as Culkin continued: ‘You’re the only person happier for me today than I am.

You’re not only the best woman I’ve ever known, you’re the best person I’ve ever known. You’ve given me just all my purpose. You’ve given me family.’

The legendary Christmas icon signed off his tear-jerking speech quipping: ‘And in the spirit of the holiday season I just want to say Merry Christmas you filthy animals.’

Despite Culkin’s touching tribute, and the huge feat of receiving a Walk Of Fame star, some fans were more focused on the sound of his voice.

One queried: ‘Macaulay Culkin voice really sounds like that.’

‘Ok I’m not being funny but listen to his voice.

‘Did they PUBERTY BLOCK Macaulay Culkin?’

After the Home Alone actor accepted the honor on Friday, he shared on Instagram what made the award even more special.

“Thank you @hollywoodchamberofcommerce for the star. My kid can’t stop playing with it. It was such a special day to spend with my friends and family. Thanks for the clothes @celine and thanks for the pix @imagerybyoscar,” he captioned the post that featured photos from the ceremony.

Catherine O’Hara, who played Culkin’s on-screen mom Kate McAllister, was also present at the induction. “Families all over the world can’t let a year go by without watching and loving Home Alone together. It’s because of Macaulay Culkin,” O’Hara proudly said of her movie son.

The man of the hour looked dapper in a black double-breasted suit jacket over a smart white button down, black trousers, and matching dress shoes. He accessorized with a couple gold rings and gelled his hair into a spiky hairdo.

Song coordinated with Culkin in a black trench coat with decorative gold buttons over a sheer white top that featured frilly detailing down the center and on the collar, which she paired with black trousers and matching pointed-toe boots. For jewelry, she wore small hoop earrings and her gorgeous sparkly engagement ring on her freshly red-manicured hand. Song’s caramel locks cascaded down her shoulders in soft waves.

The couple’s kids looked cool and stylish for their rare public appearance. Their eldest son Dakota donned a blue suit with black combat boots and brought some personality to the look by styling his hair in a mohawk. Their seven-month-old baby boy looked cozy in blue corduroy pants, a white knit sweater, a black-and-white zigzag-patterned vest, and white Gucci sneakers.
